Return and Refund Policy
At Bodied Mish, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Return Window
Eligible clothing items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. You must contact Bodied Mish within this period to request return authorization. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for an approved return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors, and makeup marks, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a change of mind return.
Store Credit
Approved change of mind returns will receive store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change of mind returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and authorized return address. Please do not send returns to the address printed on a package unless we confirm that it is the correct return address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at bodiedmishco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible.
We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated when the order has not already been processed or shipped. We cannot guarantee a cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
